Salary: £24,000-30,000 dependent on experience

The successful Junior Architectural Technologist will be a confident user of Revit with strong technical abilities and driven to continue progression and work on a mix of projects.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

1. CIAT member
2. Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural technology
3. Ideally a year or two experience post qualification in a UK practice
4. Strong technical abilities
5. Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
6. Strong portfolio
7. Effective problem-solving skills
8. Excellent communication and presentation abilities
9. Proactive and positive approach to self-development
10. Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently
11. Ideally knowledge of designing for leisure, residential, or commercial projects
12. Confident producing high-quality technical drawings
13. Thorough knowledge of current building regulations
14. Driven to keep up to date with the latest software and designs
15. Strong time management and organisational skills
16. Ideally, you will live locally to the Newcastle area
