This is a great opportunity to join a specialist design practice who provide expert services to their various residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. They are on the lookout for an ambitious and enthusiastic Junior Architectural Technician to join them in their Essex based studios.

To be successful in applying for the role of Junior Architectural Technician, you will need to have a relevant degree within architecture, as well as experience within a technician role for a UK based practice. The successful individual will need good experience with AutoCAD and Sketchup, as well as knowledge of local building regulations and a background working on projects within the residential sector.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technician:

• Degree within architectural technology
• Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician or Technologist role within a UK practice
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Sketchup
• Experience working on projects within the residential sector
• Knowledge and understanding of UK building regulations
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Hockley area
