Right Now Group are working with an ambitious Freight Forwarder dealing in extremely high-value goods in the Heathrow area that are looking to take on a Junior Export Operator to join their already thriving team.

Key Responsibilities of a Junior Air Export Operator

1. Learning to handle all aspects of Air/Road Exports including customs entries, cutting airway bills.
2. Arranging collections with agreed hauliers.
3. Engaging with the warehouse to check if shipments have arrived and if they have been screened.
4. Completing license applications.
5. Liaising with airlines, carriers, handling agents & customers daily.
6. Liaising with overseas agents.

Desirable Experience of a Junior Air Export Operator

1. Have an interest in working within Freight Forwarding.
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills - you will be required to communicate with clients and suppliers over email and telephone.
3. Display a hungry and flexible attitude.
4. Motivated to learn and develop.
5. Quick problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.

Other Details: Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Shift: Monday - Friday Hours: 08:30 - 17:00
