Junior Accounts Assistant | £24,000 - £26,000 + Study | Bolton | Great training and mentorship | Fantastic team and working culture

Axon Moore are pleased to be working in partnership with a high-growth business in Bolton as they look to recruit a Junior Accounts Assistant to join their team- offering great mentorship and progression.

This progressive new opportunity is well suited to ambitious candidates wanting to benefit from AAT study support whilst gaining valuable experience in an exciting and varied role.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within an office environment and will also be studying/ have the desire to study their AAT qualifications.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Processing invoices for purchase and sales ledger
  • Processing payments
  • Processing receipts and matching to invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Chasing overdue accounts
  • Processing refunds
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties as needed
