Junior Accountant

Space 8 Recruitment are thrilled to be working with this Stratford-upon-Avon based Accountancy Practice to recruit a Junior Accountant. Full study support is offered.

This role offers the opportunity to study to become a fully qualified accountant, with all study funded by the company. Additionally, you can opt for 20% of your working hours to be reserved for study or exams, allowing you to balance your work and study commitments.

What are they looking for?

1. You must be genuinely motivated to qualify as an Accountant.
2. A degree in an Accountancy-related subject would be beneficial, but candidates without a degree will also be considered.
3. You will already have at least 12 months' experience in an accountancy practice.

What are they offering?

1. Full study support; you can choose between studying for 20% of the week with a pro-rated salary, or studying (fully paid) in your own time for the full salary.
2. 27 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
3. This role is office-based.
