Junior Accountant

The London office of a global General Insurer are hiring for 2 enthusiastic junior accountants who are eager to continue their career in Accounting and Insurance.

A fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing financial reporting team, where you will be given guidance, mentorship and all of the training and development you need to be successful in finance.

You'll be supporting the team on a broad range of tasks from testing and updating the statutory accounts, providing financial analysis, organising events, to managing administrative tasks, accounting research, preparing reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance, Business or Economics
• 6 - 12 months experience in a junior finance role within Insurance
• Demonstrate a genuine interest for Accounting & Finance
• Strong analytical skills and enjoy manipulating large data sets
• Confident with MS Office including Excel
• An energetic, motivated team-player that is keen to learn and get stuck in

Salary on offer is up to £35k + benefits and study support to qualify as an Accountant (ACCA/CIMA).
