Junior Account Manager

Location: London (Hybrid or Office-Based)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 base
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £50,000 (Year 1)

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Junior Account Manager to join a leading financial services business with an established reputation and long-standing presence in the industry. You’ll be responsible for managing existing client accounts and cross-selling additional services, with some new business development involved. You’ll receive training, mentorship, and clear progression opportunities as your experience and knowledge grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Managing and nurturing existing business accounts
  2. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional services
  3. Building long-term relationships with clients across a range of industries
  4. Supporting business development by contributing to new client growth
  5. Maintaining accurate records and reporting using internal systems
  6. Working to achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets
  7. Collaborating with other team members in a friendly, inclusive environment
