You’ll work across several exciting clients, focusing on one B2B company – a leader in sustainable solutions for the chemicals and plastics industry. The other couple of clients could vary between B2C travel and FMCG brands. Reporting to one of our Account Managers, you'll be based in our London office two–three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.
As a Junior Account Manager at Cubaka, you will be:

- Experienced in managing B2B clients: An important requirement for this role, as we’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of the difference between B2B and B2C clients.
- Positive in Retainer and Project Management: You will manage the delivery of social media projects and retainers - including costing and the delivery of social creative (always-on and campaign production), and influencer marketing - from start to finish, working with colleagues from across the business to deliver on time, on budget and to client expectations.
- Organised: It's important that you're able to balance workloads, pull together timelines and juggle with tasks in a quick-moving environment.
- Assured: Comfortable liaising by email and communicating with clients on calls, always maintaining high standards in presentation, grammar, and precision.
- Knowledgeable: You’re well-versed in social media and digital marketing. You can differentiate Instagram Reels from TikTok trends and know how to apply best practices.
- Initiative Taker: You’re proactive and enjoy managing your projects and finding solutions.

- An understanding of client servicing, from creating relationships to client management, communication and correspondence.
- Experience in managing timelines, resource planning and estimate building.
- Passion for, and knowledge of, all things social and digital marketing.
And in return, Cubaka offers:
