Job Description
About the Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of account management to our brand partners signed to the ASOS Partner Fulfilment programme. Reporting into the Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the account, ensuring processes on the department are managed and achieved, proactively trading accounts, maximising revenue for ASOS and partners via this channel. You will oversee an account administrator facilitating speed to market for product onboarding and error resolution on our key accounts.
You will be an excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively across business functions, including Product Teams, Studios, Tech & Customer Care, and with our external brand partners to deliver ambitious growth and best-in-class service.
