We have a bright and modern office which you can work from throughout the week and 3 core office days per week (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday) where the whole team comes together.

About the role

The Junior Account Executive is accountable for supporting in Lantum's Primary Care revenue growth strategy by signing new contracted clients that deliver monthly recurring revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Executing sales meetings with prospective clients, following our sales playbook.
  • Ensuring the end to end sales cycle is captured accurately within our CRM.
  • Supporting campaign planning to build your pipeline.
  • Networking, and outreach to drive activity to prospective clients utilising different sales channels.
  • Signing new contracts that deliver new recurring revenue to the business.

About you - We’ll be looking for

  • Confident and articulate communicator that is happy to call up a prospective client to introduce yourself.
  • A great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a natural drive to hit targets and succeed.
  • A natural curiosity and passion for the Healthcare industry, and alignment in our mission to change it for the better.
  • 1-2 years sales experience, preferably in SaaS.

Interview process

  • Talent Screen: We’ll book you in for a quick introductory chat, and to answer any initial questions you might have.
  • Meet your manager: We’ll book you in for a first interview with your potential future manager, so you can learn more about the role and we get a deeper understanding of your experience.
  • Values Interview: You’ll meet more members of the team to talk about the Lantum Values. This will be an opportunity for them to ask competency questions and also the chance for you to ask questions about life at Lantum.
  • Challenge Interview: This is the “practical” interview stage in the process. We will provide you with a scenario or problem to solve, which enables you to bring your skills to life. This will take place with a group of stakeholders.
