About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Client Solutions Manager (Jr. CSM) with a passion for video marketing and execution who consistently strives to exceed the expectations of clients and team members.

The ideal candidate is dynamic, strategic, and analytical with experience within the video marketing sphere - on and off YouTube. They can manage multiple complex projects with ease - whether the task calls for attention to detail, organisational skills, or problem-solving - they are proactive and hungry to learn.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

  • Launch, maintain, and report on campaigns with precision and timeliness.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and KPI performance, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Client Strategy and Support:

  • Develop targeting lists and strategic proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Respond promptly to client requests, leveraging a strong understanding of internal systems to provide solutions.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to client interactions, anticipating needs and delivering exceptional service.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Generate comprehensive campaign reports, including metrics, key wins, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure clear communication and feedback.

Team Collaboration and Growth:

  • Help the Client Solutions team to grow a portfolio of business through client retention, growth, upsell, and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Support the Client Solutions team with daily tasks and projects as needed.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay current on trends and best practices in video marketing and digital advertising to maintain and enhance expertise.

Reporting Structure:

  • Directly report to the Senior Client Solutions Manager, providing updates on progress and key outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:

  • 6-12 months of hands-on experience in a tech publisher, digital media agency, graduate scheme, or apprenticeship.
  • Previous exposure to YouTube and/or digital video is highly desirable.
  • Experience with digital media buying, programmatic platforms, or managing digital campaigns is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Entry level knowledge of Excel, including calculations and graph creation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Google Ads or YouTube certifications are a plus.

  • Strong communication skills - verbal, written and interpersonal.
