An established industry player is seeking a skilled Joiner/Outfitter to join their dynamic team in Aberdeen City. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of various assets, ensuring quality and efficiency in your work. Fully qualified Joiner/Outfitter through recognized body.
Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred but not essential.

Liaise with Supervisors to prioritize workloads and provide updates.
Installation and maintenance of various assets and materials.

Experience from the oil and gas industry

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with Supervisors to determine and prioritise workloads
Preparation of materials for assembly
Installation of insulation, linings, ceilings, floor coverings, doors, windows, furniture and finishings
Ongoing maintenance and repair of existing assets including completion of all associated paperwork
Co-ordinate with other disciplines to ensure activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Provide progress updates to Supervisor/Team Lead on job status
Carrying out offsite work/offshore work as required
Participating in the management of HSE within own area of responsibility
Delivering quality within own area of responsibility.

Skills & Experience

Interpretation of technical drawings
A well organised individual with an ability to prioritise
Excellent technical knowledge with proactive approach to problem solving
Good at analysing situations and informing decision-makers of any potential barriers to effective project execution
Effective team player and good communicator
Calm under pressure and effective in meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience from the oil and gas industry, preferable but not essential
Fully qualified Joiner/Outfitter through supporting body e.g. SQA, City & Guilds.
