Job description
I am looking for a Joiner Multi Trade to work for a social housing provider in the Grantham area on a 3-6 month contract on the voids team. The role is £21 per hour and comes with a van and fuel card from day 1.
The Joiner Multi Trade will be doing:
- Repair works in empty council properties
- 2nd fix joinery work such as kitchen fitting, door hanging and general repairs
- 2nd fix plumbing
- Finishing skills like patch plastering, tiling and painting & decorating
The right Joiner Multi Trade will need:
- Experience doing property maintenance
- Ideally NVQ or City and Guild qualification in Joinery
- UK driving license
- Own tools
In return the Joiner Multi Trade will get:
- 3-6 month contract with potential for permanent role
- £21 per hour paid weekly
- Company van and fuel card
