Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Association in Sheffield to recruit for a Multi-Skilled Joiner on a temporary to permanent basis.
As the successful candidate, you will have experience working as a Joiner.
- Day to day repairs on tenanted social housing properties
- Carry out all aspects of 1st and 2nd fix joinery
- Complete multi-skilled work including patch plastering, basic tiling and painting
- Use a PDA system to receive and update jobs
- Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent
- Experience in social housing or similar
- Driving Licence (van provided)
