Proven experience in joinery and maintenance within social housing.
Must hold NVQ L2 or City & Guilds in Joinery.

Carry out multi-trade maintenance including plumbing and plastering.
Complete joinery work for kitchens and bathrooms in various properties.

Exciting opportunity within one of the fastest growing housing associations in the North West for an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner.

Our client is one of the fastest growing housing associations across the northwest with ongoing exciting opportunities.

They are now recruiting for a multi skilled joiner to join their planned works team covering a Kitchens and Bathrooms scheme.

Rate: £19.00 per hour PAYE UMBRELLA

Your Duties will include:

Carry out multi-trade maintenance (Plumbing, plastering & tiling)
Complete all aspects of joinery work internally and externally to both void and tenanted properties
Working on kitchens and bathrooms

Requirements:

NVQ L2 / City & Guilds in Joinery (must be able to provide proof of qualifications)
Basic Plumbing, plastering, tiling etc
Have substantial experience in joinery, maintenance and construction within the social housing industry
Hold a full UK driving licence
CSCS card desirable
Obtain good customer care skills
