Job Title: Multi-Skilled Joiner

Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Contractor in Hull to recruit for 1 Multi-Skilled Joiner on a temporary to permanent basis.

As the successful candidate, you will have experience working as a Joiner.

The duties will include:

1. Repair, renew, and fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips, and valleys; repair, renew, and fit soffit fascia and barge boards.
2. Repair, renew, and fit ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G sheet flooring.
3. Repair, renew, and fit doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting panelling.
4. Repair, renew, and fit kitchen units, worktops, and decorative finishes.
5. Repair, replace, and fit ironmongery to doors and windows.
6. Repair, renew, and fit timber and UPVC window frames.
7. Reglaze timber fencing and gates.
8. Multi-trade operative capable of complete works in other construction trades including plumbing, patching, plastering, wall, and floor tiling.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

1. Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent.
2. Experience working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber/Plasterer and the installation of wet rooms & disabled adaptations.
3. Driving Licence (van provided).
