Role Overview:

To carry out joinery work on maintenance, refurbishment and project works including bathroom upgrades, kitchen installations, window and door replacements. To ensure that all work undertaken is completed with a focus on quality, productivity and safety.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • To undertake joinery work on the full range of properties
  • To undertake, as and when required, joinery work associated with refurbishment, maintenance, and project works
  • To repair, maintain and replace doors, door frames and windows
  • To undertake all joinery tasks necessary in the maintenance of flooring, roofing, skirting and ceilings
  • To carry out works in conjunction with bathroom upgrades such as wet wall paneling, boxing in of pipework and installation of shower screens
  • To carry out kitchen installations to a high standard including installation of all associated fixtures and fittings
  • Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation
  • To always act as a representative of the Company and ensure that the customer is completely satisfied

Skills & experience:

  • Industry knowledge

  • UK driving license
  • Well-presented and proactive
  • Sufficiently mobile and flexible towards hours and place of work

Qualifications:

  • City and Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent
