Our Client in Darlington are looking to add an experiencedJoinerto their team. You’ll be based in the Darlington area working as part of our client’smaintenance teams.
The Working Hours will be:
Monday – Friday
08:00-16:00
The Pay Rate will be:
£18 LTD Per Hour
Responsibilities include:
- You will be responsible for general carpentry maintenance and repairs to domestic and untenanted properties such as minor joinery repairs or flooring.
- Working with bathrooms, kitchens, and other required areas to deliver high quality work exceeding minimum industry standard quality.
- Delivering the highest quality maintenance joinery work.
- Pre inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements.
- Ensure that repairs and maintenance improvement works are undertaken in a considerate manner within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Attainment of an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery/Carpentry.
- Experience in domestic/social housing preferred.
- Full UK Driving License
