West Oxfordshire District Council have identified a number of residents across the locality that may be living with a negative budget and struggling to meet their financial obligations.

Reporting to a Projects Manager or Supervisor, the post holder will be working with households identified by West Oxfordshire District Council to ensure that they maximise their income, minimise their expenditure and learn about financial capability tools such as budgeting and energy efficiency measures that will assist them to manage their finances as effectively as possible.

You will be based in one of our Witney offices, but any additional travel above home to work can be claimed at £0.45 per mile.

Salary and Benefits
  • £25,592 – £26,135 annual salary pro rata, depending on experience.
  • Pension: We offer an auto-enrolment workplace pension scheme, details on appointment.
  • Holiday: 23 days pro rata plus Bank Holidays pro rata, calculated based on the number of hours you work per week.
  • Other: A laptop will be provided along with any other essential equipment.
