Job Title: Job Runner (Architectural Technician)

Ref: BM652

Location: Manchester

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an AJ100, multidisciplined practice who work on high profile projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Job Running Technician to hit the ground running for their Manchester offices.

To be successful in applying for the role of Job Runner, you will need to have strong experience as a Job Running Technician within a UK practice post architectural technology degree completion. The successful individual will need to have experience of job running in previous roles as well as an up-to-date knowledge on local building regulations. The successful individual will also need to be able to demonstrate proficiency with Revit.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities:
  1. Relevant degree within Architecture
  2. Strong post qualification experience within a relevant role
  3. Proficiency with Revit is essential

  6. Ability to work well independently and within a team
  7. Excellent communication and organisational skills
  8. Live within a commutable distance to the Manchester area
