Position: Senior Product Manager / Product Manager

Location: Sun House, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy Development: Create and execute marketing and promotional plans tailored to meet consumer needs and drive product success.
2. Sales Force Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective strategy implementation and strengthen their product knowledge.
3. Market Intelligence: Conduct primary research and customer outreach to gather market insights and identify opportunities for growth.
4. Media Collaboration: Work with internal and external media teams to ensure the smooth execution of marketing strategies.
5. Training & Development: Provide comprehensive product training to the sales team, enhancing their scientific knowledge and communication skills.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams such as Medical Affairs, Learning & Development, and R&D to ensure a seamless product strategy and launch process.
7. Brand Strategy & Planning: Develop effective brand plans, including market penetration strategies, competitor analysis, and brand promotion.
8. SWOT Analysis: Perform a detailed analysis of the product line and guide the sales team to leverage opportunities for sales growth.
9. Promotional Materials: Create impactful promotional content such as visual aids, newsletters, flipcharts, digital campaigns, and webinars.
10. Event Coordination: Organize and participate in scientific symposia, CMEs, and conferences to enhance brand visibility among healthcare professionals and hospitals.
11. Team Motivation: Drive sales team motivation by organizing training camps, award ceremonies, and recognition programs.
12. Product Launch & Growth: Lead the product forecasting, pre-launch, and post-launch activities, and develop strategies for continuous growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Experience: 4-7 years in product marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
2. Education: B. Pharma + MBA in Marketing OR Pharma Management.
3. Therapy Experience: Preferred in Gynae therapy, though candidates from any therapy background are welcome to apply.
