Job Coach

DUTIES:

• Assist in developing and implementing supported employment and support service activities
• Analyze job and environmental needs
• Engage in task analysis and development of behavior management plans
• Carry out specific skill training plans for participants as instructed
• Assist participants with their mobility and communication needs while in the community
• Identify participant needs and address them as appropriate
• Maintain detailed records of service provided and prepare reports
• Participate in regular staff meetings and maintain constant communication with supervisors
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED. One to two years of experience in the Human Services field is preferred.

Driving: Must maintain a CA driver's license and be insured to drive in California. Must have reliable transportation.
