  • Co-designing effective Jira workflows/schemes with delivery leaders.
  • Designing and running an administration function fit for regular requests for new users, new spaces, customised Jira workflows/schemes for projects, etc.
  • Reviewing and improving security groups and roles to improve ease of management.
  • Ensuring effective communication between stakeholders for the design and transition to the single installation.
  • Performing upgrades with communication to affected end users.
  • Optimising and improving Jira/Confluence performance.
  • It would also be very useful (but not essential) if you have previously worked in an agile environment, and have experience of creating and managing infrastructure solutions in AWS.
