Luxury Jewellery Sales Professional

Location: Central London

The Role

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Luxury Sales Professional to join a major name in the Watch and Jewellery space. The successful candidate will represent one of Britain's most respected jewellery and watch brands, providing exemplary service to a sophisticated clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with the brand's prestigious heritage
  2. Build and nurture client relationships through personalised service and regular engagement
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic client development
  4. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of fine jewellery, watches, and the brand's collections
  5. Conduct private appointments and assist with client events
  6. Maintain detailed client records and purchase histories
  7. Support visual merchandising and stock management
  8. Work collaboratively within a high-performing sales team

Required Experience & Qualifications

  1. 3+ years' experience in luxury jewellery or watch sales
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in luxury retail
  3. Strong understanding of fine jewellery and timepieces
  4. Experience with clienteling and CRM systems
  5. Excellent knowledge of the luxury market
  6. Available to work retail hours including weekends
  7. Additional languages beneficial but not essential

  3. Strong commercial awareness
  4. Excellent attention to detail
