Wage: Competitive/Negotiable depending on experience PLUS great OTA bonus following a successful trial period

Role Overview:
As a Jewellery and Goldsmith Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, offering expert advice and skilled workmanship in jewellery repairs, custom designs, and goldsmithing. Desired experience includes:

• Ring resizing
• Chain/clasp repair
• Laser welding
• Stone setting
• Claw tipping
• Polishing and cleaning

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of jewellery repairs, including resizing, stone setting, and soldering.
- Create bespoke jewellery pieces based on customer specifications and preferences.
- Evaluate and appraise the quality and condition of jewellery and precious metals.
- Provide knowledgeable guidance to customers regarding jewellery care, maintenance, and purchasing.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a jeweller or goldsmith; relevant qualifications are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- A creative flair with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
