Job Summary
We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Band 7 Clinical/Operational Lead to join our Joint Emergency Team (JET) which is a 2 hour response, admission avoidance service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong team work ethic, a sense of accountability, flexibility and be able to work under considerable pressure at times.
You will lead and support the team, offering Clinical supervision and appraisals. Work closely with other team leads and the Clinical/Operational Manager to support the delivery and development of the service across the county.
Experience in managing a team is essential and experience in Clinical triaging.
We are looking for an experienced Clinician with a passion for delivering high quality care with experience in either Acute medicine, Emergency medicine or community experience.
The successful candidate will provide Clinical Leadership and Operational staff/service management.
You will work alongside colleagues with real expertise in the area of community care.
The Team has a passion for improvement, innovation and delivery of high quality care to patients in their own homes and working with the wider multi disciplinary teams within the local community.
We are looking for Clinicians who are team players, have highly developed communication skills, are able to work flexibly and can prioritise their own workload.
