Job Title: Java Developer

Location: Remote (2 days per month in Croydon)

Rate: £450 - £500 per day - Umbrella Only

Clearance required: Must hold SC and NPPV3 or be eligible for both.

What you'll bring:

1. Experience of Java.
2. Experience of Spring framework or equivalent.
3. Knowledge of software design patterns and when to apply them.
4. Excellent knowledge of development processes.
5. Experience of containerisation using Docker or Kubernetes.
6. Experience of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD).
7. A passion for delivering quality code, by use of TDD and setting high software quality standards.

We're also using the following technologies and patterns, it would be great if you had some of the skills, if not we can help develop them:

1. Designing microservice-based architectures using domain driven design (DDD), CQRS and Event Sourcing patterns.
2. Kubernetes.
3. Knowledge/Certification in Spring framework.
4. Experience in cloud technologies AWS/Azure/GCP.

You will be required to pass through Security Clearance if you are successful in this recruitment process, which is a condition of undertaking the role.
