Salary: up to £36,000 per annum + travel expense up to Zone 6
Location: London
Job status: 12 month fixed term contract *possibility with extension
Working hours: Full time, FTC/Hybrid working, hours of work 9:00-17:00

Global IT company is looking for a Japanese speaking IT Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Work on-site at customer premises, as a secondee, as an integral part of their team.
- Support leading project manager in projects by assisting at various stages, including planning, implementation, operations, and user support.
- Lead and manage projects in his/her expertise by supporting at various stages, including planning, implementation, operations, and user support.
- Follow up on security assessments for customer's EMEA offices/branches.
- Evaluate projects, conduct risk assessments, and propose improvements.
- Contribute to the expansion of current business to new areas.
- Establish good relationships with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
- Work independently, multitask, and lead Enterprise Solutions projects and opportunities.
- Address customer requests, understand their expectations, and resolve issues.
- Attend customer meetings for project or maintenance contract work.
- Maintain relevant customer maintenance documentation internally.
- Visit customer premises with 3rd party vendors as needed for project or maintenance contract work.
- Contact and coordinate 3rd party suppliers or other company resources to help achieve trouble resolution.
- Flexible approach, able to work outside of normal working hours when requested.
- Travel to customer offices throughout EMEA for business purposes as required.
- Maintain the company's Security Policy and keep all customer information secure. Report incidents to line managers in a timely manner.
- Produce ad-hoc reports on customer issues as needed, and complete ad-hoc tasks as requested by line management.
Requirements:
- Experience in leading and managing solution business for small to large scale projects, including office relocation projects.
- Knowledge in solution business with a wide range of ICT technology, especially in ICT infrastructure and ICT security.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Speaking and understanding Japanese is advantageous.
- Independent worker - must be able to take on a task/project and complete it with little need for higher management involvement/assistance.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Flexible approach, able to work outside of normal working hours when requested. Reliable time keeping and attendance.
- Knowledge and experience in SAP Hana cloud is advantageous.
- Knowledge and experience in RPA (Power Platform) is advantageous.
- Knowledge and experience in IT Security is advantageous.
