Head of Nature Risk Solutions - What You'll Be Doing:

1. Develop and implement nature risk solution applications to support biodiversity and sustainability.
2. Lead sales and marketing strategies in Japan and East Asia to expand market presence.
3. Serve as a trusted advisor on risk assessment methods and nature risk solutions.
4. Plan and develop new solutions to address evolving risks related to nature and biodiversity.
5. Promote nature-related initiatives and foster collaboration within their Group companies.

Head of Nature Risk Solutions - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

1. Expertise in biodiversity, environmental disclosures, and frameworks.
2. Proven experience in product planning, development, and bringing solutions to market.
3. Strong sales and marketing skills, particularly in engaging with Japanese companies.
4. Master's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., natural capital, environmental science).
5. Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
6. IT proficiency with a keen interest in new technologies.
7. Strong leadership and business development skills in the sustainability sector.
8. Ability to translate complex environmental concepts into marketable solutions.
9. Proactive and strategic mindset, with a focus on driving innovation.
10. Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
