Job Description:

An exciting global insights consultancy in London is looking for a Freelance Social Listening Analyst to join their team, focusing on the Japanese market.

Based in London, fully remote (no office presence required), 3-week contract initially.

The Job:

• Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis using tools like Brandwatch, Google Keyword Planner, and Keyword.io.
• Analysing and interpreting social, search, and market data to provide actionable insights.
• Performing Excel-based growth calculations and performance tracking.
• Reporting findings to internal stakeholders to support strategy and decision-making.

You:

• Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written).
• Experience working with social listening and keyword tools.
• Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Available to start immediately and use your own laptop.
