Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of printing production and play a pivotal role in driving the success of J&M Printing. This position involves setting and achieving operational goals, leading a team of employees, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows by meeting production deadlines, maintaining equipment efficiency, and implementing process improvements to optimize output. A key responsibility will be fostering collaboration across all levels of the organization to meet customer expectations and drive overall business growth.

Qualifications

Qualifications include 10+ years in the manufacturing industry with proven leadership experience; printing industry experience is a plus! A Bachelors in Business Administration or Operations is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, a track record of driving operational efficiencies, and excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines is crucial. Exceptional communication skills to grow the company is essential to this position. Knowledge of an employee stock ownership plan is a plus.
