We are seeking a highly organised and proactive, Italian-speaking PA to support the EA within a luxury and global family-owned hotel group. This role involves comprehensive administrative support including managing inboxes, diaries, and travel arrangements, as well as handling errands as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage inboxes, calendars, and travel schedules.
Coordinate and organise meetings, appointments and events.
Handle day-to-day errands and tasks with the EA.
Act as a liaison between the EA, owner and other stakeholders.
Ensure smooth communication and provide administrative support where necessary.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent in Italian and English with highly capable written and verbal communication in both.
Clear and considerate telephone manner.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in IT and familiar with various software and applications.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
