We are currently seeking a highly motivated Italian Speaking Customer Service Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team on a hybrid basis in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service and supporting our client’s operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries and provide solutions in both Italian and English via phone, email, and other communication channels.
2. Process orders efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are handled accurately and promptly.
3. Manage returns and logistics/deliveries, ensuring smooth and timely resolution.
4. Provide support across various aspects of customer service, including managing product inquiries and order tracking.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Native level fluency in Italian essential for managing Italian-speaking customer accounts.
2. Previous customer service experience (preferably in a B2B environment).
3. Strong Excel skills for tracking orders and managing data.
4. Experience in order processing and understanding of supply chain operations.
5. SAP experience is preferred but not essential.
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Italian and English.
7. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
