Italian speaking Accounts Payable Specialist

Marks Sattin is working in partnership with an established business based in Swindon within the technology industry to recruit an Italian speaking Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a permanent role based in Swindon. This is a great office prioritising the happiness and wellbeing and pride themselves on very clear core values.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Italian speaking Accounts Payable Specialist to join a modern organisation. You will be a part of an amazing company who can offer a very competitive salary and working within one of the largest companies in their field in the world.

Salary for this role will be between 29-33k DOE. You MUST be Italian speaking and fluent written and verbally.

Office based until training / probation is completed and then hybrid.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Processing Invoices
2. Making sure all intercompany invoices are paid on time and outstanding invoices chased/escalated.
3. Reconciliation of supplier statements
4. Raising internal credit/debit to manage the ledger
5. Reviewing the weekly payment run
6. Reconciling the bank statement and working with the wider finance team.
7. Assisting with the Month End process.
