Responsibilities

Italian Speaking Accounts Payable
Location: Swindon
Hybrid after 3 month probation
Salary: circa £32,000 depending on experience
Ref: 158IT

Main duties:
Ensuring that all invoices are paid on time and chased if still outstanding.

The Role:
– Manage email inbox and answer or escalate all enquiries
– Accurately process invoices in order to maintain complete financial records
– Accounts reconciliation and correct any discrepancies for accurate reporting
– Set up clients’ payment details and ensure these are kept up to date
– Closing all ledgers in time for the month-end

Candidate's Profile

– Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) – Essential
– Previous experience in a Financial role – Mandatory
– Confident personality with excellent communication skills
– Data driven with a strong attention to detail
– IT literate
