Italian or Spanish speaking Human Resources Administrator

  • London - North West
  • Up to £41000 per annum + depending on experience

A global market-leading biopharmaceutical company is currently looking for a bilingual Italian or Spanish speaking HR Associate to work within the HR Department based in Stockley Park. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries regarding the internal HR systems and act as a subject matter expert for the Italian or Spanish market. This role is a 12 month fixed-term contract, starting in January 2025. Hybrid work pattern in Stockley Park 3 days per week and 2 days from home.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and solutions-oriented individual who is always willing to go the extra mile. To be successful in this role, it is essential for you to have previous experience working in an HR function, ideally in Shared Services settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in the pharmaceutical industry to join a company engaged in the development of therapies for life-threatening diseases.

Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in Italian or Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • Substantial experience in HR or HR Shared Services
  • Proficiency in utilising HR Systems, particularly Workday’s Data Management features
  • Essential proficiency in verbal, written, interpersonal, and telephone communication
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Desirable experience with case management tools, notably ServiceNow
  • At least two years of experience managing HR inquiries
  • HR Qualification advantageous (not mandatory)

Join a dynamic HR team managing employee absences and exits. You’ll handle complex HR queries, maintain accurate HR data, and support global team members. Key tasks include processing leave and termination changes, ensuring compliance, and improving HR processes. You will act as the go-to person for tier one support, addressing questions from employees, managers, executives, and HR colleagues about HR procedures, processes, and policies, ensuring both global consistency and local relevance.

  • Address escalated HR queries and liaise with stakeholders
  • Manage and update HR data in Workday
  • Advise on company policies and leave laws
  • Support HR administrative processes and data accuracy
  • Collaborate on HR projects and process improvements
