1. Step 1 - Online Training: Completing a selection of professional, accredited and industry recognised IT Technician courses by CompTIA, Microsoft and Cisco. The training is delivered via multimedia rich video tutorials, presentations and quizzes through a portal that you study from home. You will also be assigned an expert tutor to help you throughout your training.
2. Step 2 - Practical Training: Gain practical experience by using our cutting edge Livelabs. Gaining hands-on experience is essential in today’s IT industry for both certifications and keeping up to date with new technologies.
3. Step 3 - Official exams: Sit the CompTIA A+ exams to obtain official certifications which will be recognised worldwide.

Through our partnerships throughout the UK with IT organisations, we can place you into an entry-level IT role within your local area, working in either an IT Technician, Desktop Support, or First Line Support role. We guarantee you will be offered a job upon completion, or we will refund you 100% of your course fees.
