No Experience Required - Additional Training Will Be Provided
Ideally you will have an IT background, with an awareness of ITIL, Networking technologies and associated software applications. If not, don't worry as the company will provide additional training and support. However, you will need a strong enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn.
SALARY: £23,000 per annum + £2,000 per annum Shift Allowance + Generous Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: Hybrid Working from Home and the office in Colgate, Horsham, West Sussex
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 37 hours a week 7am - 1am (7.5 hours shift pattern) Monday to Sunday, 5 day weeks. In the future the role will become a 24/7 position, and the contract will reflect this. At the point of the start of the 24/7 shift rota an additional consideration will be paid for the shift pattern.

As the first point of contact within the Network Operating Centre you will employ your interpersonal skills combined with technical knowledge to help resolve or escalate customer issues.
