Qualifications

  • Erfahrung in der IT-Technik, insbesondere im 1st line Support.
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft SQL Server und Cloud-Lösungen sind erforderlich.

  1. Microsoft Windows 10 Pro / Microsoft Office 2016 / 365
  2. Microsoft SQL server databases i.e. SQL 2000, 2005, 2008 or above
  3. Cloud Storage & hosted software solutions i.e. hosted Exchange.
  4. Solid experience of having worked in a 1st line I.T. Technical role
  5. Solid expertise in information technology platforms (Office 365, Windows operating systems) and networking
  6. Has the initiative to constantly learn and stay up-to-date with technical knowledge
  7. Proven organizational skills and structured methods of working

Ihr Beitrag bei uns:

  1. Monitor, manage & maintain core IT equipment within the Strabag Group
  2. Resolving level 1 issues/requests with networks and other systems
  3. Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
  4. Diagnosing errors and other issues
  5. Following up with customers and service providers/level 2 to ensure full resolution of issues.
  6. Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods.
  7. Writing, editing, and revising manuals for new and updated software and hardware.
  8. Managing escalation process efficiently, ensuring second level/supplier is provided with relevant information and constantly chased.
  9. Testing and maintaining equipment such as Projectors, VC systems, Printers & Plotters etc.
  10. Ensuring IT systems are maintained and accurate.
  11. Set up IT devices/tools for new employees as part of the onboarding process.
  12. Liaise with the Company’s head office and provide support to resolve any IT Issues
  13. Check the operation of printers, scanners, plotters.
  14. User management (creation and deletion of user accounts across several systems)
  15. Assist IT Management in ensuring that goals set in the IT Strategy & plans are achieved.
  16. Ensure that all IT Systems & Services within the Strabag Group are fit for purpose & allow the Company to operate effectively & efficiently.
  17. Visit Site when required to setup IT equipment & ensure that all IT sites setups are consistent & to the required standard.
  18. Assist IT Management & other IT personnel in ensuring that the Company’s Information Systems are appropriately documented & updated, fit for purpose, secure, & can continue in the event of a disaster.
  19. Ensure that IT Helpdesk tickets are created for every task undertaken, are appropriately updated, escalated where necessary, completed & closed to the required standard.
  20. Ensure All IT systems & equipment i.e. servers, switches, routers are setup to the required standard, updated where applicable, fully documented & where applicable, asset tagged & logged in the IT Asset Database.
  21. Ensure that any technical maintenance plans are followed & that notifications are sent out in a timely manner.
  22. Attend regular IT departmental & technical meetings to check on departmental achievements & issues, projects progress etc.
  23. Keep all applicable IT Server rooms & workshop areas suitably equipped, tidy & free from safety hazards & that any requirements or issues are communicated to IT management.
  24. Ensure data backups are functional, free from failure, verified & restore plans actioned.
