Job description

Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for an IT Technician to join our Strode’s College team on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

IT Technician

This IT Technician role is primarily based at Strode’s College in Egham Surrey. You will be working 37 hours per week on a permanent full-time contract.

The primary responsibilities of the IT Technician include:

  1. Providing 1st, 2nd, and some 3rd line support for IT, AV, and printing needs across all college campuses and associated sites.
  2. Ensuring uninterrupted IT services during operational hours.
  3. Maintaining all related hardware and software systems, including PCs with current operating systems, printers, servers, and asset documentation.
  4. Supporting both internal and external operations of the College IT services, which involves installing, testing, configuring, and maintaining various devices.
  5. Managing remote access facilities, diagnosing and repairing faulty equipment, and liaising with service providers.
