This role involves working closely with the IT Manager, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting staff, and maintaining system security and efficiency. It is an excellent opportunity for a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage help desk requests, providing efficient technical support to employees.
  • Assist staff with system setup, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network faults.
  • Conduct regular system health checks and address security or usability concerns.
  • Monitor and deploy system patches, updates, and security fixes to maintain a secure IT environment.
