The Role:

Hampshire County Council is one of the best performing local authorities in the country; we provide high quality public services to Hampshire residents and our IT teams are central to that success.

We are looking for IT Systems Support and Development Junior Analyst to join the team supporting and developing HCC IT Service Management Tool (Ivanti).

The Service Management tool underpins the Service Management and Service Delivery capabilities of IT to enable the initiatives and business of the broader County Council and its Partners.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and able to quickly absorb information and understand new technology.

The role has both support and development responsibilities. It involves fault diagnosis and resolution of issues within the tool, including working with the third-party vendor and IT colleagues alike. It also requires delivery of technical requirements to develop the tool - analysis, design, estimating, development, testing and implementation.

What We Can Offer You:

Hampshire County Council is recognised nationally as one of the highest performing local authorities in the UK. A modern, forward-looking local authority, it offers a pleasant, supportive, and collaborative working environment.

Hampshire County Council is also a flexible employer interested in making the most of your skills and offers a great work life balance. We invest in you through our internal development programmes and training and offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
