What You'll Be Doing

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware, servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Performing routine checks, backups, and patch management.
• Collaborating with the NOC to maintain seamless operations.
• Providing technical support via phone and email, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
• Troubleshooting and resolving incidents across multiple systems and applications.
• Managing service desk queues and handling unassigned tickets promptly.
• Supporting office moves (IT equipment) and setting up new users.
• Overseeing cabling, network patching, and asset tracking.
• Leading the technical aspects of major infrastructure and application projects.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience with Azure, VMware, or Hyper-V and Windows Server 2019/2022.
• Strong Microsoft 365 expertise.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience with backup and recovery tools like AvePoint, Veeam, BackupExec, or Redstor.
• Experience in financial services is a plus but not essential.
• A strong focus on user service and technical excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
