With 22 branches and 2 distribution hubs, we offer a comprehensive range of ventilation system components from ducts, silencers and diffusers, to fans, fire dampers, demand-controlled ventilation and chilled beams.
The Role – IT Support Technician
Based in our Birmingham branch, you will as our IT Support Technician provide telephone, email, MS Teams and in-person IT support to 300 end users.
The successful candidate will require experience and knowledge of:
- Windows OS (Server and Desktop)
- Android
- MDM (Mobile Device Management)
- Gamma Horizon or other cloud based telephony
- LindAX (Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0) or other ERP system
- Microsoft Office and HP/Canon Printers.

- Working Monday to Thursday 08.00am – 17.00pm and Friday 08.00am – 16.00pm
