Qualifications

  • Experience providing IT support to end users in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud telephony and ERP systems is essential.

With 22 branches and 2 distribution hubs, we offer a comprehensive range of ventilation system components from ducts, silencers and diffusers, to fans, fire dampers, demand-controlled ventilation and chilled beams.

The Role – IT Support Technician

Based in our Birmingham branch, you will as our IT Support Technician provide telephone, email, MS Teams and in-person IT support to 300 end users.

The successful candidate will require experience and knowledge of:

  1. Windows OS (Server and Desktop)
  2. Android
  3. MDM (Mobile Device Management)
  4. Gamma Horizon or other cloud based telephony
  5. LindAX (Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0) or other ERP system
  6. Microsoft Office and HP/Canon Printers.

The Package:

  2. Working Monday to Thursday 08.00am – 17.00pm and Friday 08.00am – 16.00pm
