I am recruiting on behalf of my client, for an IT Support Technician to join their ever-growing team based in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be a part of their technical team providing remote and onsite 1st and 2nd line technical support to their users.

Skills required:

• DNS / DHCP
• Routing & Switching
• Office 365
• Active Directory (Assign/Create Groups)
• Local backups
• Exchange online
• Windows OS
• Computer Hardware
• Troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

• Supporting users within the business via phone and email
• Be the first point of contact within the business
• Troubleshooting any Hardware and Software issues
• Setting up new starters and removing leavers
• Installing and configuring any Software
