IT Support Technician – Desktop Support – IT Problem Solver – Support over 400 North East based business customers with technical IT issues – Based On-Site Wonderful local North East business – dynamic and growing! 3 live vacancies due to growth! 1 senior role requires driving licence and own car. We are looking for a competent focused IT Engineer who can support business customers with IT issues and requirements. Must have: Windows / Office 365 support experience, passion for technology and IT, (server experience a bonus), hardware & software support.

The Role
  • Diagnose, repair, install and maintain computer and other IT related equipment and services for internal staff and external customers
  • Speaking to business customers and their employees regarding IT requirements
  • Organising appointment times
  • Preparing reports and maintaining records as required
  • Provide general support to customers
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external customers
  • Any other reasonable duties required by management

We Need
  • Proven experience in an IT support role with Windows / Office 365 support experience
  • Passionate about IT and Technology
  • Hardware and software support experience, server experience advantageous
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques and operating systems
  • Familiarity with MS Dynamics, Remedy, or similar ticketing systems
  • Great communication, organisation and customer service skills.
