IT Support Technician

IT Support Technician required with Citrix Virtualization skills. A new challenging role for IT or ICT Support Technician to join the internal support team in Lincoln. You will be responsible for resolving incidents as well as supporting office and home based staff and meeting the service delivery demands. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the hardware and software are functioning correctly.

Responsibilities

1. User support for the company’s helpdesk system.
2. Install, configure and resolve incidents with IT equipment.
3. Maintenance of the systems against malwares.
4. Implement appropriate security measures.

Candidate Requirements

1. Qualification in an IT related field.
2. Familiar with Windows systems and associated problems.
3. Desktop support and installation experience.
4. Knowledge of Citrix, Virtualization, Active Directory, TCP/IP, Windows server, Wi-Fi.
