About your new company
West Technology has partnered with an Australian brand that thrives on the passion of its employees and customers. This business is currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated, and curious IT Support Officer to join a fast-paced and energetic team.

About your new role
As the IT Support Officer, you will be focused on providing level 1 & 2 remote and onsite support. Reporting to the Information Systems Manager, you will be responsible for providing IT support and maintenance across all functions. Some of the key duties for this opportunity will include but are not limited to:

  1. Providing professional and prompt first-point support for all staff;
  2. Working effectively in a team;
  3. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing escalation to areas of the business where necessary;
  4. Configuring routers, switches, and firewalls;
  5. Travel to stores around the Sydney metro and internationally and assist with the set-up of stores;
  6. Manage service desk tickets;
  7. Resolve basic security-related issues;
  8. Responsible for installation and maintenance of Windows Servers and appropriate operating systems;
  9. Work on assisting with project work as required from time to time.
