IT Support - £35,000

A highly respected family-owned food manufacturing company based in Harlow, is looking for an IT Engineer to join their team. This well-established business seeks someone to support the IT Manager in overseeing and coordinating the company's ERP system and technology infrastructure. They are looking for a hands-on candidate who will be based on-site, offering £35,000 per annum.

Responsibilities include:

1. Addressing and troubleshooting issues that arise from users across all sites.
2. Installing software across the network.
3. Maintaining all users and groups within Active Directory.
4. Ensuring Backup systems are managed and in place.
5. Supporting projects, assisting with planning, scheduling, and monitoring their implementation.
6. Being the first point of contact for all IT-related queries.

It is essential to this role to gain an understanding of the ERP system in place and deploy and maintain it where necessary.

Skills required:

1. Proven experience in IT Support within a Windows environment.
2. Active Directory knowledge and Group Policy.
3. Familiarity with Office 365 and related productivity tools.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Experience supporting ERP systems or similar platforms is desirable.
