This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a global charity in their Central London office. This is a hybrid role based in London Bridge and it pays £43,000.

Working with the IT Manager, you will be responsible for 1st & 2nd line BAU user remote & onsite support for circa 80 global users across both Windows & Mac devices.

As an experienced IT Support Analyst, you will split your time between working from home and being in the London Bridge office. This role is Monday to Friday 9:30-6pm, with core hours of 2pm-6pm supporting the US region.
